What You Get

Your conference registration fee includes:

• Speakers, workshops and Friday boat ride
• Snacks and beverage service during speaker presentations
• Most meals: Friday lunch and dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner, and Sunday breakfast

Your conference registration fee does not include:

• Overnight accommodations
• Meals other than those mentioned above
• Meals, activities or lodging for non-registered guests
• Optional Sunday visits to Keeneland or Woodford Reserve

Cancellation Policy

AIGA Cincinnati will refund 100 percent of conference fees paid for cancellations made by August 31, 2008. Refunds of 50 percent of conference fees can be made between September 1 and September 18, 2008. No refunds can be made after September 19, 2008.

Cancellations not eligible for refund are transferable to another person when completed by September 26, 2008.
